- Low in Fat and calories
Here is my Recipe:
4oz Atlantic SalmonDrizzle some Extra Olive Oil on the fish
Season with Roasted Garlic and some Lemon and Pepper
Bake at about 450 degrees for 15 mins
I also baked the Asparagus
Drizzle some amount of Extra Virgin Olive oil on Asparagus, seasoned with some Roasted Garlic and herbs and topped off with some some Parmesan cheese.
Usually I would add some brown rice with this but not today!
